And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Messi looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Aldo is fending him off so far but Messi persists. Nope, Aldo circles away and we're back to standing.
Messi misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Messi fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lionel Messi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Aldo lands a left and a right that send Messi crashing to the mat, dazed. Aldo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Lionel Messi has been cut.
Messi throws a head kick but Aldo moves out of range.
Messi tries to move into range but Aldo moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Messi is rocked!
Aldo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oh Messi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Messi shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Aldo as he avoids it easily.
Aldo ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Messi's jaw. Messi's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Aldo does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Antonio Aldo!
