Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Basso Piuha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cristi Radu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Daniel Cesar and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Radu shoots in and drives through. Piuha sprawls well.
Piuha shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Radu bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Piuha is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Radu is in close to Piuha's body, working some short punches and elbows.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Piuha working for a triangle but Radu defends it easily.
Radu tries to free his leg and advance position but Piuha is retaining full guard.
Radu advances position into side control!
Radu advances to full mount.
Radu has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Radu postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Piuha looks a forlorn figure.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Piuha is trying desperately to improve position.

Radu working for a submission but Piuha is keeping him at bay.
Radu won't let Piuha get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Radu should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Piuha tries to reverse the position but Radu maintains control.
Piuha tries to hold on but Radu pushes him away.
Piuha is breathing heavily.
Piuha is working to get back to half guard.
Radu landing strikes, looking to finish!
Radu is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Piuha has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Piuha!
Radu wants to sweep but no luck.
Piuha knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Radu on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Radu looking for a guillotine here but Piuha defends easily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Radu tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Radu is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Radu lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Piuha!
Radu is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Piuha can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Radu working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Piuha turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Radu off and cradles Piuha's limp body as Radu celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Cristi Radu !
