Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Twista McGoo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ed Gein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McGoo comes to the cage accompanied by the greatest moments ever. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGoo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gein misses with a wild combination.
Gein throws a right and a left that both miss.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gein. McGoo does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gein cracks McGoo with a good jab.

McGoo shoots in looking for a takedown. Gein tries to sprawl out of it but McGoo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gein manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

McGoo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Gein defends it nicely.
McGoo takes one to the chin there.
Gein bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Gein lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Gein uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
McGoo throws the left hand but Gein avoids the punch easily.

Gein gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows McGoo to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Gein is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst McGoo is controlling him.
McGoo throws and elbow that misses. Gein uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in McGoo's guard. Nice move by Gein!

Gein tries to stand but McGoo is controlling from the bottom.

Gein gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gein lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
McGoo is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Gein's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from McGoo is defended easily by Gein.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Twista McGoo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
McGoo dives in and grabs Gein's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gein pushes down on McGoo's head and hops out.
McGoo blocks the body kick.
A slow jab from Gein misses its intended target.

McGoo closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - McGoo lands in his opponent's guard.
McGoo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Gein wants to stand but McGoo is controlling the position.
Gein is wriggling around but McGoo manages to pass to half guard.
McGoo is keen to just control but Gein is a slippery customer.
McGoo moves nicely into side control.

Gein is not content to let McGoo control the position.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

McGoo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no McGoo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
