PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Seppo Kova (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andersen Silvesk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kova comes into the arena with Jääkärimarssi blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Seppo Kova!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kova changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silvesk tries to avoid it but Kova manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silvesk to the ground. Silvesk escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kova throws a right and a left that Silvesk avoids nicely.
Kova misses with a series of wild punches.

Kova shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Kova has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
