Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Muhammad Kango (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kango's entrance music is Everyone Nose. A fine choice. Stone is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: God Save the Queen. Muhammad Kango is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kango shoots for a double leg takedown but Stone sprawls well. He's pushed Kango's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Stone throws a sloppy head kick and Kango moves out of range easily.
Kango keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kango takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Stone looks for a takedown but Kango sprawls well.
Kango throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Stone.
Stone throws a looping overhand right but Kango ducks down to avoid it.

Nice uppercut lands for Kango. That snapped Stone's head back.

Kango drives through and clinches with Stone against the cage.

Kango has Stone pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kango pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Stone tumbling to the mat - Kango dives into Stone's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kango accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Kango wants to control from the top but Stone keeps moving.

Kango throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Stone was covering up waiting for the punch and Kango finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Kango is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Kango dips to his left and cracks Stone with an uppercut!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Stone lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Kango backs up against the cage.

Stone tries to keep at a distance but Kango has taken the fight into the clinch.

Stone swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Stone lands a two punch combo.
Kango tries to clinch up but Stone circles away and keeps his distance.

Stone closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Stone lands in his opponent's guard.

Kango creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Stone's defenses.
Kango gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Kango breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Stone closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kango did well to prevent Stone getting side control.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kango is on top in guard.

Kango is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Stone has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Stone!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
No joy there for Kango, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
