Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donald Fraser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aden Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fraser comes to the cage accompanied by Sirius. Kane has chosen Fasten Your Seatbelts - Pendulum as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Donald Fraser!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Aden Kane!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane moves out of range of the strikes.
Fraser misses with a hook.
Kane keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kane swinging wildly here.
Fraser throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fraser moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.


It looks like Aden Kane has been cut.
Kane has a takedown stuffed.
Fraser misses with a low kick.
Fraser throws a hook to the side of Kane's head but Kane sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Fraser misses with a low kick.
Fraser throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kane.
Fraser connects with a jab.
Kane lands a glancing blow to the side of Fraser's head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kane lands a nice hook to Fraser's body. Fraser takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Kane throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Fraser is breathing heavily.

Fraser tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Fraser moves out of range as Kane strikes.

Fraser has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Donald Fraser is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Kane wants to control but Fraser is keeping him busy.
Fraser tries to improve position but can't.
Kane advances to mount.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kane is striking from the back but Fraser escapes and manages to recover to half guard.
Kane winds up and cracks Fraser with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Fraser tries to get to full guard but Kane has control of the leg.
Kane throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Kane stops Fraser from getting back to his feet.
Kane is keen to just control but Fraser is a slippery customer.
Kane might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Fraser kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Fraser throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Kane counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Fraser!
Fraser on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Fraser tries to get out of the position.

Fraser is wriggling around trying to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kane looking to control but Fraser is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Kane lands a big shot there that rocks Fraser but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Fraser is looking to improve his position but Kane isn't that keen on the idea.

Fraser wants to control but Kane is having none of it.
Kane tries to control but Fraser wriggling away.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Fraser wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
BOOM! Kane connects with a massive shot to the dome!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kane shoots for a double leg takedown but Fraser sprawls well. He's pushed Kane's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Kane counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Fraser takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Fraser swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Kane counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Fraser gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The crowd cheers as Fraser lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kane doesn't seem phased though.

and Kane counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Fraser's guard now.

Kane wants to control from the top but Fraser keeps moving.
Fraser is looking to sweep but instead, Kane has passed into half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kane in particular looking to stall.
Fraser knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kane on the ground.
Fraser wants to improve his position but Kane is controlling well.

Fraser is refusing to be controlled, as Kane sits in half guard.
Kane perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Kane works his foot free and advances to mount.
Fraser tries to reverse the position but Kane maintains control.
Kane lands a nice shot to the head.
Fraser tries to improve his position but instead Kane has taken his back!

Fraser rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Fraser wants to improve his position but Kane is controlling well.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kane connects with a nice short shot to Fraser's temple.
Fraser tries to roll over but Kane keeps him under control.
Fraser is staying active underneath Kane, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Fraser wants to stand back up but Kane manages to pass into side control.
Fraser tries to buck Kane off but Kane is having none of it.
Kane has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Fraser!

Kane has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Aden Kane showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Kane throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Fraser sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Kane dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Fraser gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
This has been an exciting period of action!

and Kane makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Donald Fraser seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fraser throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Kane misses the jab.
Kane attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Kane doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Fraser counters with a three punch combo that has Kane backing up. Kane nods at Fraser to acknowledge the strikes.

Kane feints and as Fraser raises his hands in defense, Kane changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Fraser wants to hit a switch here but Kane passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Fraser there!

Kane is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Kane!
