The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fistius has Guti up against the ropes in a clinch.

Fistius works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

Guti working for a triangle but Fistius defends it easily.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Fistius trying to control but Guti is working from the bottom.
Fistius distracts Guti with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Guti has momentary wrist control but Fistius slips an elbow through the middle.

Fistius wants to lay and pray for a moment but Guti keeps working.
Guti regains full guard. Nicely done.

Guti is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Fistius's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Fistius's back!
Guti lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Guti.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Fistius turns into Guti and is now in his guard.
Fistius tries to stand but Guti is controlling from the bottom.

Guti is looking for a triangle but Fistius pushes his legs off easily.
Fistius postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Fistius has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Guti to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Fistius is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Guti pulls down on the head and he's put Fistius to sleep! This one is all over!
