Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Risto Raivo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stien Riech (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Raivo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Pocket full of shells. Riech has chosen Escape as his entrance music. Stien Riech has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Risto Raivo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Stien Riech!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Riech, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Raivo closes the distance and clinches.
Raivo is pressed up against the cage. Riech has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Raivo down to the mat. Raivo avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Riech lands a left and a right that send Raivo crashing to the mat, dazed. Riech thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Risto Raivo has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Raivo avoids the body shot from Riech.
Raivo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Riech pinned against the cage. Riech gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Raivo tries to clinch up.
Stien Riech seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Raivo defending well as Riech loads up on a big left hand.
Raivo bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Raivo closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Riech to the mat! Riech manages to get full guard.

Raivo drops back looking for a leg! Riech is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Riech manages to kick Raivo off! Raivo jumps back into Riech's guard.
Raivo tries to free his leg and advance position but Riech is retaining full guard.

Raivo stands up and waves to Riech to follow him.
Raivo dodges the punch combination from Riech.
Raivo ducks under a wild hook from Riech.

Raivo gets the takedown into side control.
Raivo trying to control the position but Riech is working away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Riech tries to buck Raivo off but Raivo is having none of it.
Raivo throwing shots but missing, from side control.
Riech is working to avoid the ground and pound but Raivo connects with a decent elbow.

Raivo decides to stand back up.
Raivo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Riech as he jumps to the side.

Raivo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Riech is fending him off so far but Raivo persists. Nope, Riech circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Risto Raivo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Riech fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Riech drops Raivo with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Raivo looks back up at him and smiles so Riech waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Raivo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Raivo.
Riech lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Raivo circles away quickly and effectively.
Riech throws a right hand that Raivo ducks under and follows up with a left that Raivo also avoids with ease.
Raivo shoots in and drives through. Riech sprawls well.
Riech misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Riech throws a series of punches but Raivo avoids them all with ease.
Raivo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Stien Riech is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Riech throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Riech digs a good hook to Raivo's body.

Riech gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Raivo to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Raivo is breathing heavily.

Raivo gets to his feet. Riech looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Riech connects with a body shot.
No joy there for Riech, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Riech digs a good body shot into Raivo's ribs.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Riech lands a two punch combo.

Raivo is rocked!

Risto Raivo's cut is getting worse.
Raivo leaves his chin hanging out and Riech seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Raivo crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
