Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sousa tries to clinch but Aerts moves out of range.

Sousa chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Aerts can pounce on him.

Aerts throws a chopping leg kick but Sousa manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Aerts looks to land a combination but Sousa avoids it well.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Sousa crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Aerts - the referee stops the clock and Sousa gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Aerts. Sousa manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
The fight stays on the outside here - Sousa looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
