Overeem fails with the takedown.
Xrovich throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Overeem changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Xrovich tries to avoid it but Overeem manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Xrovich to the ground. Xrovich escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Overeem tries for a takedown but Xrovich sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cees Overeem. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Xrovich slaps away a takedown attempt from Overeem, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Nice jab there from Xrovich.
Cees Overeem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Xrovich lands a really nice looking cross but Overeem seems unphased.

Xrovich throws a left and a right that both miss
and Overeem connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Xrovich throws a right hand that Overeem ducks under and follows up with a left that Overeem also avoids with ease.
Xrovich lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Overeem falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
