Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ginchin Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurokawa Kenji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Machida might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to in bloom. Kurokawa Kenji has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ginchin Machida!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kurokawa Kenji!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenji lands a nice shot that snaps Machida's head back.
Kenji connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Machida's hands.
Kenji with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Kenji keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Kenji darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kenji scores with a three punch combo!
Machida fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Kenji moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Machida shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kenji sprawls well. Kenji wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Machida gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ginchin Machida. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kenji swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Machida.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kenji leaves Machida with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Machida is breathing heavily.
Nice shot lands for Kenji.
Kenji lands with a hook. Machida tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Machida takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Machida takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A jab lands there for Kenji.
Kenji lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Machida doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
A shot to de liver by Kenji. Beautiful body shot.
Kenji connects with a nice looking jab.
A jab lands there for Kenji.
Kenji lands a big right hand that sends Machida crashing to the mat! Kenji stays standing though and waves Machida back to his feet!
Machida is rocked!
Machida takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Kenji jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Kenji cracks Machida with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Kenji has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Machida to stand back up!
Oh Machida is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Machida bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Kenji comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Machida falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Machida was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kurokawa Kenji!
