Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bill Goldberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shawne Merriman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goldberg's entrance music is GOLDBERG. A fine choice. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Shawne Merriman!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Merriman defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Goldberg.

Goldberg has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Merriman can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
