Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Bird (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pussy Galore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bird will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Bird really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bird wants to hit a switch here but Galore passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Bird there!
Galore tries to control but Bird wriggling away.
Bird is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Galore has taken his back!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Bird is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Galore gets his way!
