PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Julio Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kev Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Deadmau5 - Some Chords. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie throws a leg kick which misses Moore's front leg but catches the back leg as Moore tries to avoid it.
Moore looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Moore keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Gracie tries to close the distance and clinch up but Moore swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Moore avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gracie tries to clinch but Moore moves out of range.

Moore rushes Gracie and presses him up against the cage.
Gracie has Moore pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Moore manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Gracie is looking to break free of the clinch but Moore has double underhooks.

Moore is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Gracie can't fight it off and eventually Moore manages to take the fight to the floor. Gracie looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Moore throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Gracie works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Moore really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Gracie looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Moore is defending well. Gracie quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Moore has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gracie celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
