Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between heavy master (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Sav (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Sav, right into the meat.
Sav closes this distance looking for a takedown but master circles away.
master scores with a head kick.

It looks like Joe Sav has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sav throws a leg kick which misses master's front leg but catches the back leg as master tries to avoid it.
master slaps away a takedown attempt from Sav, before circling back to the center of the mat.

master forces Sav back against the ropes and clinches.
Sav tries to score a body lock takedown but master shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Sav is breathing heavily.
Sav closes the distance and clinches up with master, looking for a takedown. Sav pushes master against the ropes but master circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

master lands a left and a right that send Sav crashing to the mat, dazed. master thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sav postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Sav is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but master is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

and master counters with a series of strikes. Sav will be more careful next time no doubt.

master closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Joe Sav has got the better of the ground game so far.
master looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sav with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

master stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sav swivels though and keeps the full guard.
