Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Karl Mathers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Long Dong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mathers comes to the ring accompanied by Buck cherry. Dong has chosen I'm Going In as his entrance music. Long Dong acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Dong.
Dong fails to land with a series of punches.
Jab, jab by Mathers - just one landing.
Dong swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Dong throws a nice looking combination but Mathers bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A combination from Mathers does no damage.
Dong defending well as Mathers loads up on a big left hand.
Mathers throws a combination. Dong tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Long Dong has been cut.
Dong scores with a leg kick.

Dong takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Dong takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Mathers scores with a one two! Dong had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Dong throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Mathers throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mathers swings for the body but Dong moves out of range.
Dong lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Mathers backs up against the ropes.
Dong takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Mathers just misses with a punch to the body.
Mathers throws a jab but it's blocked by Dong.

and Dong counters with a right hand to the body.
Mathers is breathing heavily.
Dong throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mathers.
No joy there for Dong, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Mathers throws a left and a right that both miss
and Dong counters with a nice uppercut.
Dong throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Mathers connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Dong throws a right hand that Mathers ducks under and follows up with a left that Mathers also avoids with ease.

Mathers swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Mathers takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Mathers misses with a straight right.
Dong scores with a nice right hand.
Dong goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Mathers is rocked!
Dong cracks Mathers with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the ropes! Mathers falls to his knees and Dong doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
