The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tate shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Tate showed some decent athleticism there.
Tate thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Stevenson's head.
Tate slows the pace down in half guard.

Stevenson is looking for a sweep. Tate is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
