Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Harry Winter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryce Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to clinch up.
Winter takes a swing at Silva's ribcage but misses.
Winter avoids the head kick by Silva.
Winter tries to bum rush Silva with a series of wild strikes but Silva uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Winter throws a lazy head kick
and Silva counters with a three punch combo that has Winter backing up. Winter nods at Silva to acknowledge the strikes.

Silva rushes Winter and presses him up against the cage.
Silva fails to pull guard.
Winter gets underhooks to prevent Silva's takedown attempt.
Winter wants to get back to striking at distance but Silva won't allow it.
Winter has had enough of the clinch but Silva keeps him there for the moment.

Silva breaks from the clinch.
Winter misses the shot to the body.
Winter throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Silva counters with a shoot takedown. Winter fights it but they end up in guard.

Silva gets to his feet - Winter follows without any prompting.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Winter knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Silva on the ground.

Winter wriggles free and stands up.
Winter drops Silva with a left and a right! Oh, Silva is hurt - Winter dives into side control looking to finish!

It looks like Bryce Silva has been cut.

Silva is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Winter's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Silva won't allow Winter to pass to mount.
Winter wants to take a breather but Silva is having none of it.

Winter is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Silva's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Silva's back!

Winter misses with a double jab

and Silva decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Winter's guard.
Silva is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Winter wants to control the position but Silva says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.

Silva wants to finish this one by submission but Winter is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Silva.
