Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between joe blow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matheus Gomes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). blow is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot lands for Gomes.

blow tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gomes swats him away and circles back towards the center.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Gomes fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. blow looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Gomes lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Well Gomes has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
