Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter North (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gerhard Rihmakallo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). North's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Dimmu Borgir - Mourning Palace. Rihmakallo has chosen Blood For Blood-Living In Exile as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gerhard Rihmakallo!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
North wants to clinch up but Rihmakallo keeps it at a distance.
Rihmakallo shoots for a takedown but North saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
North displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rihmakallo.
North fails with an attempt to clinch.
Rihmakallo shoots in for a double leg but North sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Peter North has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gerhard Rihmakallo.
North keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Gerhard Rihmakallo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rihmakallo shoots in looking for a takedown. North tries to sprawl out of it but Rihmakallo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. North manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Rihmakallo fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

North darts in and clinches Rihmakallo up against the cage.

North is pressed up against the cage. Rihmakallo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag North down to the mat. North avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Rihmakallo tries to score a power double leg takedown but North sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Rihmakallo somewhat.

North has closed the distance and engaged Rihmakallo in a clinch.
North throws an elbow but it misses.
North lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

It looks like Gerhard Rihmakallo has been cut.
Rihmakallo is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
North creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Nice elbow from North.
North comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
North lands a damaging elbow.

North lands a vicious elbow to the side of Rihmakallo's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! North tries to finish him with strikes but Rihmakallo still seems able to defend himself so North steps back and lets Rihmakallo get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.

Rihmakallo is rocked!

That has opened up Gerhard Rihmakallo's cut even more.

North has Rihmakallo up against the cage in a clinch.
Rihmakallo is still on wobbly legs! Can North finish him?
North has Rihmakallo pressed against the cage. He pushes Rihmakallo back and as he springs towards him off the cage, North throws a beautiful elbow that sends Rihmakallo crashing to the floor! North piles on the pressure with more strikes! Rihmakallo is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
