Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Elias Cordero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crazy Bastard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bastard has chosen soul survivor as his entrance music. Crazy Bastard has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bastard connects with a jab.
Bastard shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cordero but Cordero pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Bastard fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Cordero shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Cordero scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Cordero knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bastard on the ground.
Bastard makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Bastard.
Bastard lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Cordero!

Cordero avoids a series of strikes thrown by Bastard.

Bastard has control of Cordero's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Cordero regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cordero wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Bastard.
