The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Croute throws a head kick that half lands.

Hassuni Croute seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lacey shoots in looking for a takedown. Croute tries to sprawl out of it but Lacey keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Croute manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Lacey walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

and Croute counters with a three punch combo that has Lacey backing up. Lacey nods at Croute to acknowledge the strikes.
