Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edelman swinging wilding here.
Edelman misses with a series of wild punches.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gracie.
Gracie throws a series of punches but Edelman avoids them all with ease.
A punch lands to the side of Gracie 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Edelman drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Edelman tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Gracie is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Gracie is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Edelman pulls his head out easily.
Edelman thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Edelman working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Gracie is pressing down on Edelman's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Edelman working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Gracie's head.
Edelman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gracie swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Gracie is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Edelman has his hands clasped together but Gracie extends an breaks Edelman's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Gracie.
