Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Don Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabbie Jay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slice comes to the cage accompanied by Welcome to the Jungle. Jay is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Why Can't We Be Friends. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice throws a sloppy head kick and Jay moves out of range easily.
Slice connects with a single shot there.
Jay connects with the punch.
Jay fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Slice fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jay avoids it really well and circles away.
Slice shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Slice ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jay moves away.
Slice takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jay avoids the head kick by Slice.

Jay rushes Slice with punches - Slice moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Slice goes down! Jay follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
