Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Forza Gr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krejzi Madafaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gr defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Madafaka.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gr drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Madafaka dives on top into guard.

Madafaka connects with a big shot to the side of Gr's head.
Madafaka has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Gr.

Madafaka has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Gr has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Madafaka cracks Gr with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Gr from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.
Madafaka is working the ground and pound. Can Gr escape?

Madafaka is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Gr knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Gr for a finish.
Madafaka is trying to stick to Gr's back but Gr is turning into Madafaka. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Madafaka's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Gr.

Gr drops back, looking for a kneebar! Madafaka looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Madafaka looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Madafaka!

Madafaka thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Gr manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Madafaka tries to pass to full mount but Gr defends it.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Madafaka feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Gr has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Madafaka should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Gr has tightened it up now! Madafaka should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
