Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Frio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pinoy FighterTwo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frio comes to the cage accompanied by Ice Box. Frank Frio could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Pinoy FighterTwo's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Frio pushes FighterTwo up against the cage in a clinch.
Frio lands a knee to the head.

FighterTwo dodges an elbow strike from Frio.
Frio using the Thai plumb to throw knees but FighterTwo has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

FighterTwo manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
FighterTwo wants to stand and escape but Frio is having none of it.
FighterTwo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Frio. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Frio wants to control from the top but FighterTwo keeps moving.

Frio tries to free his leg and advance position but FighterTwo is retaining full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Frio bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Frio works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Frio in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
FighterTwo tries to buck Frio off but Frio is having none of it.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Frio is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, FighterTwo has escaped the position, nice work there.
Frio has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Frio tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
FighterTwo is trying to improve his position.
Frio trying to control the position but FighterTwo is working away.

FighterTwo turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and FighterTwo manages to end up in side control.

FighterTwo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Frio manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Frio has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can FighterTwo defend it? Frio steps over the head and cranks it - FighterTwo is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Frio!
