The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Szedas can do anything to dispel that myth.
Grey throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Grey pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Szedas needs to keep his hands up - Grey had a free shot at his head there.
Szedas throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Szedas tries to bum rush Grey with a series of wild strikes but Grey uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

No joy there for Grey, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Szedas smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Szedas throws a combination that misses

and Grey counters with a nice double leg into side control. Szedas won't be happy with that.
Grey wants to control but Szedas is keeping him busy.
