The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice inside leg kick there by Juronen. That's going to slow Plata down.
Juronen throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Juronen blocks a head kick by Plata.
Juronen looks to land a left hand but Plata moved out of range nicely.
Juronen looks to land a combination but Plata avoids it well.
Juronen throws a looping overhand right but Plata ducks down to avoid it.

Plata throws a sloppy head kick
and Juronen counters with a three punch combo that has Plata backing up. Plata nods at Juronen to acknowledge the strikes.

Muay Plata seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Plata gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Plata tries to bum rush Juronen with a series of wild strikes but Juronen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Juronen seems to have got his legs back now.
Juronen throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Plata on the side of the head.

and Plata counters with a nice kick to the body.
Juronen is looking to slow Plata down with leg kicks.
Plata ducks under a wild hook from Juronen.
