Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Diz Van Wilder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cranio Pharyngioma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pharyngioma swats away the attempt to clinch by Van Wilder.

Van Wilder closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Pharyngioma tries to improve position but can't.
Pharyngioma is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Pharyngioma manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Pharyngioma is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Van Wilder pushes Pharyngioma off looking to stand but Pharyngioma dives back in and keeps control.
Van Wilder gets back to full guard.
Pharyngioma is pushing down on Van Wilder's leg trying to pass to half guard. Van Wilder is fighting to maintain full guard but Pharyngioma has managed to sneak the leg through.
Pharyngioma working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Van Wilder is breathing heavily.
Pharyngioma thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Van Wilder's head.

Van Wilder tries to reverse the position but Pharyngioma maintains control.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Pharyngioma cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Pharyngioma avoids the attempt from Van Wilder to control.
Pharyngioma throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Van Wilder is wriggling around trying to escape.

Pharyngioma wants to finish this one by submission but Van Wilder is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Pharyngioma.
Van Wilder is working to get back to half guard.

Pharyngioma punching from mount but Van Wilder doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Van Wilder wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Pharyngioma.

Van Wilder bucks Pharyngioma off and manages to get back to his feet!

Pharyngioma tries to land a knee to the head but Van Wilder blocks with his arms.

Van Wilder breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Horrible takedown by Pharyngioma or perhaps it was just good defense by Van Wilder which made him look bad.
Van Wilder shoots for a double leg takedown but Pharyngioma sprawls well. He's pushed Van Wilder's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Van Wilder decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Pharyngioma's guard.
Diz Van Wilder has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cranio Pharyngioma.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Pharyngioma is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Van Wilder stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pharyngioma swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Pharyngioma has his feet on Van Wilder's thighs here. He's pushed Van Wilder off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Van Wilder screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
