Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sir Benaux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Etim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terry Etim has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Sir Benaux's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Etim shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Benaux is trying to defend but Etim finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Etim trying to mount his opponent but Benaux defends it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Benaux is not content to let Etim control the position.

Etim is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Benaux defends it well.

Etim thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

That was a close round but I would say that Sir Benaux will probably get the nod.

Terry Etim showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Etim defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Benaux.
Etim throws a right and a left that Benaux avoids nicely.
Benaux throws a sloppy head kick and Etim moves out of range easily.
Benaux tries to close the distance and clinch but Etim swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Etim throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Benaux throws a half hearted mid kick.
Etim doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Benaux counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Benaux stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Etim swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Etim is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Benaux is looking to control Etim's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Benaux avoid being mounted?

Etim drops back looking for a leg! Benaux is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Benaux manages to kick Etim off! Etim jumps back into Benaux's guard.
Etim wants to control from the top but Benaux keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Benaux looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Etim is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Benaux knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Etim on the ground.

Etim drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Etim jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Etim shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Benaux napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Etim swings around for an armbar but Benaux sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Etim's guard.

I would just about give that final round to Terry Etim.
