Silva kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Sandstorm. Otonashi has chosen Kuusou Rumba (GSZS OP1 Ver.) as his entrance music. Wanderlei Silva could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Meru Otonashi's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Otonashi forces his way into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Otonashi seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Let's hope that Otonashi has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
