Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Denis Warman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Kungen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Denis Warman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, King Kungen!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Warman shoots in and bounces Kungen off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Warman content to stall in guard here.
Warman passes Kungen's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Warman prevents Kungen from standing back up.
Warman is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Warman performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Warman works his foot free and advances to mount.
Warman controlling his opponent.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Warman controlling his opponent.
Kungen is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Warman controlling the pace for now.
Kungen really wants to buck Warman off and get back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Warman tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kungen trying desperately to get to his feet.
Warman controlling the position easily from mount.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Denis Warman just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
A punch combination from Kungen misses.
Kungen tries to clinch there but Warman circles away.

Warman forces Kungen back against the cage and clinches.

Warman's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Warman looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Kungen tries to kick Warman off in order to stand up. Warman Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Warman happy to just control the position for now.
Kungen wants to get back to his feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Warman passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Kungen!
Warman is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Kungen can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Warman tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Warman lands a nice shot to the head.
Warman controlling his opponent.
Kungen trying desperately to get to his feet.
Kungen looks gassed!

Warman jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Kungen manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Kungen wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Warman decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Warman misses with a wild combination.
Kungen clinches but Warman breaks the clinch

and Warman counters with a takedown into side control.

Warman thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Warman trying to control the action but Kungen is working from the bottom.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Warman tries to stand but Kungen is controlling his head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Denis Warman dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Horrible takedown by Kungen or perhaps it was just good defense by Warman which made him look bad.
Kungen shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Warman closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Warman lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Warman looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kungen is trying to stand.
Warman is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Warman has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Kungen won't allow Warman to pass to mount.

Warman is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Kungen sees it coming and defends easily.
Warman is looking to take a break and control but Kungen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Warman stops Kungen from getting back to his feet.
Denis Warman overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Warman sitting and controlling from the half guard.

Kungen has one foot on Warman's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Kungen with a poor takedown

and Warman counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Denis Warman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of King Kungen.
Warman stalling against the cage.
A body shot lands from Kungen.
Kungen throws a head punch that misses.

Warman pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Warman shoots in and bounces Kungen off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Warman works over Kungen with some ground and pound from guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Warman stays in close to Kungen's body and controls the position.
Warman trying to control the position from guard on top but Kungen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Warman might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Kungen is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Warman is controlling him.
Kungen can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Warman controls the pace.
Warman advances position into side control!
Kungen being controlled for a moment.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Kungen is trying to buck Warman off.

Warman decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Warman feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Warman stops Kungen from standing up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Denis Warman dominated that second round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!


Good work by Kungen as he checks the leg kick.
Warman cracks Kungen with a good jab.
Kungen tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Warman counters with a single leg into guard. Kungen didn't expect that.
Kungen can't keep his opponent in guard - Warman advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Warman is looking to advance position but Kungen won't allow it.
Warman perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Kungen wants to get back to his feet.

Warman decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Warman has a takedown stuffed.
Warman keeps the fight on the outside.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kungen wants to clinch but Warman slips to the side

and Warman counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Warman connects with a couple of short punches.
Warman's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Warman throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kungen works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Kungen wants to stand but Warman is controlling the position.
Kungen is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Kungen keeping moving, preventing Warman from controlling successfully.
Warman pushes down on Kungen's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Kungen pushes Warman off looking to stand but Warman dives back in and keeps control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Warman works his way into full mount!
Warman dominating with strikes here.
Kungen is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Warman controlling from mount.
Kungen is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Warman throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Kungen has his hands clasped together but Warman breaks the hold and Kungen is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Warman!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Denis Warman!
