The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clegane throws a right and a left that Kosonen avoids nicely.
Clegane looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Clegane slips under a jab from Kosonen.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Kosonen.
Clegane swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Clegane throws a hook to the side of Kosonen's head but Kosonen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Clegane gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kosonen to score an easy takedown into full guard.

It looks like Sandor Clegane has been cut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The referee warns Clegane that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Kosonen pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Clegane tries to lock up and control but Kosonen gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Kosonen postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Clegane looks a forlorn figure.

Let's hope that Kosonen has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Kosonen tries to score a power double leg takedown but Clegane sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kosonen somewhat.

Kosonen postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Kosonen wants to control but Clegane is keeping him busy.
Clegane is looking to regain half guard here but Kosonen keeps moving and retains side control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Clegane could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Clegane misses with a wild body shot.
Kosonen misses with a hook. Clegane ducked under it nicely.
Kosonen closes this distance looking for a takedown but Clegane circles away.

Kosonen shoots in for a double leg but Clegane sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

No joy there for Clegane, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

A punch lands to the side of Kosonen 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Clegane tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kosonen wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Kosonen is looking to take a break and control but Clegane is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Kosonen is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Kosonen seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Clegane does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Kosonen is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Well Kosonen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
