Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lando Calrissian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derrek Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Derrek Scott is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott moves in looking to clinch but Calrissian pushes him off.
Scott will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Calrissian tries to clinch but Scott moves away

and Scott counters by clinching up.
Scott pressing his opponent against the cage.
Calrissian throws a knee to the head but misses.
Scott tries to stall but Calrissian uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Calrissian lands a nice knee to the body.
Calrissian is trying to maintain a safe position but Scott gets an underhook and turns Calrissian into the cage.
Calrissian drops down looking for an ankle pick but Scott pulls his leg out and moves away.
Calrissian tries to clinch

and Scott counters with a takedown into side control.

Scott stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Calrissian shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Calrissian swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Scott is now in Calrissian's guard. A big mistake from Calrissian there, giving up the dominant position!
Calrissian is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Calrissian is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Calrissian is pressing down on Scott's thigh, looking to free his foot. Scott is holding on for now.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Scott flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Scott is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Scott is looking to control Calrissian's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Scott avoid being mounted?
Scott manages to get to full guard.
Calrissian won't allow Scott to sweep him here.
Scott is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Calrissian passes into half guard.

Calrissian is looking for a kimura here.
Calrissian is breathing heavily.

Calrissian is looking for submissions but instead, Scott has regained full guard.

Scott is looking for a triangle but Calrissian pushes his legs off easily.

Calrissian wants to pass the guard but Scott is keeping the position.

Calrissian passes easily into side control. Nice work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Scott tries to bench press Calrissian off him but Calrissian keeps the position.
Scott is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Calrissian working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Scott is trying to control Calrissian's posture but Calrissian avoids it.

Calrissian in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Scott is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
