Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joey Kocur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Punishment (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Punishment is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Break Stuff. George Punishment told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kocur tries to close the distance and clinch up but Punishment swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kocur looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Kocur gets caught flat footed, as Punishment shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Punishment would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Punishment gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

A head kick from Punishment lands but Kocur takes it in his stride.

Punishment changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Kocur fights it off and pushes away nicely.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Kocur controls Punishment momentarily but Punishment frees himself.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Kocur drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Punishment manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Kocur has Punishment in his guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Kocur drops back looking for a leg! Punishment is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Punishment manages to kick Kocur off! Kocur jumps back into Punishment's guard.

Punishment is pulling down on Kocur's head. It's preventing any offense from Kocur, at least for the moment.
