The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and ahr counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
One is looking to control ahr's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can One avoid being mounted?

One is trying to maintain the position but ahr is very close to passing his half guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with ahr in particular looking to stall.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

One is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of ahr's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take ahr's back!

and ahr counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

ahr has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed One clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
ahr looks gassed!

ahr goes for a risky armbar from back mount and it's not paid off. One escapes and is now in half guard on top.
One wants to lay and pray for a moment but ahr keeps working.
One works his way into full mount!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

One is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but ahr frees his head nicely. Oh but One has switched to an armbar! ahr is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
