Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Craig Broffy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Archangel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Broffy misses with a few strikes there.
Archangel tries to clinch up but Broffy circles away and keeps his distance.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Archangel changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Broffy tries to avoid it but Archangel manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Broffy to the ground. Broffy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Archangel throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Broffy's waist but Broffy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Archangel off to one side.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Broffy keeps the fight on the outside.
Archangel shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Broffy as he avoids it easily.
Archangel moves out of range of the strikes.
Archangel moves in looking to clinch but Broffy pushes him off.
Broffy throws a hook but Archangel avoids it easily.

Archangel closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
You can see the frustration on Broffy's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Broffy on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Broffy tries to get out of the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Archangel tries for a kimura but Broffy is defending well.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Archangel closes the distance and clinches up with Broffy, looking for a takedown. Archangel pushes Broffy against the cage but Broffy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Craig Broffy.
