Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Royce Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Hatred (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by orion. Hatred has chosen White Zombie - Thunderkiss '65 as his entrance music. Royce Gracie is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hatred shoots in looking for a takedown. Gracie tries to sprawl out of it but Hatred keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gracie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Hatred drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Hatred is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Hatred pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Gracie is keeping the position for now.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Hatred trying to control but Gracie is working from the bottom.
Hatred stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gracie swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hatred is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Gracie is adopting a defensive guard.
Gracie is trying to control the position but Hatred postures up.

Hatred drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hatred jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Hatred shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gracie but Gracie pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Hatred fails to land the takedown.
Royce Gracie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Hatred.
Hatred uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gracie.
Gracie misses with an attempted mid kick.

Hatred shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Hatred wants to stand but Gracie has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

Hatred is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Gracie is just riding it out for now. Hatred eventually gives up the hold.
Hatred looks gassed!

Gracie is defending against the submission attempts here by Hatred.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Gracie stuffs the takedown.

Gracie gets the takedown into side control.
Hatred holds on to Gracie's head and controls the position momentarily.
Hatred regains half guard, as Gracie was trying to land strikes.
Gracie wants to take a breather but Hatred is having none of it.
Gracie missing with the ground and pound from half guard.

Hatred trying to keep a closed guard but Gracie is proving a slippery customer.
Hatred is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt

and Hatred counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Hatred is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Hatred wants to pass the guard but Gracie is keeping the position.
Hatred postures up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Max Hatred dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Gracie throws a right and a left that Hatred avoids nicely.

Gracie looking for a triangle here. Hatred is fighting it but it looks tight! Gracie pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Hatred is tapping out - this one is all over!
