Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shifu Yanzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrey Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Fedor Mirinova and Igor Prikhodko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Yanzi has closed the distance and engaged Silva in a clinch.
Yanzi wants a takedown but no success here.

Yanzi breaks from the clinch.
Yanzi throws a body punch but Silva moves out of range.
Yanzi tries to clinch up but Silva circles away and keeps his distance.
Yanzi is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Yanzi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Silva swivels and escapes.
Yanzi takes a head kick and keeps coming.

It looks like Shifu Yanzi has been cut.

Yanzi shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Silva's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Yanzi not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Yanzi has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Yanzi drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Silva dives on top into guard.

Silva decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

and Silva decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Yanzi's guard.
Yanzi is breathing heavily.

Silva drops back, looking for a kneebar! Yanzi looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Yanzi looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Yanzi!
Silva is looking to regain half guard here but Yanzi keeps moving and retains side control.

Yanzi decides to stand back up. Yanzi steps back and let's Silva get back to his feet.
Silva lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Yanzi circles away quickly and effectively.
Silva gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Yanzi moves into the clinch.

Yanzi jumps guard and drags Silva to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Yanzi defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Silva.

Yanzi shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Silva manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Yanzi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Yanzi throws a sloppy head kick and Silva moves out of range easily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

and Yanzi counters with a shoot takedown. Silva fights it but they end up in guard.

Yanzi throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Silva.

Silva has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Yanzi is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Yanzi rushes Silva and presses him up against the cage.

Yanzi's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Yanzi dives in and grabs Silva's left leg, looking for a takedown. Silva pushes down on Yanzi's head and hops out.

Shifu Yanzi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andrey Silva.

Yanzi stands and steps away. Silva gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Yanzi ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Yanzi no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Shifu Yanzi showed his dominance in that final round.
