The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva staying out of range there.
Silva is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Silva misses with a few strikes there.
The fight stays on the outside here - Silva looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Holder shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Holder looking to control but Silva is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Holder is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Silva is surviving well by controlling Holder's body position as best he can.

Holder throws a wild left hand from mount and Silva manages to wriggle his way back to half guard.

Holder passes the guard and advances to mount!
Holder wants to control the action but instead Silva gets a body lock and reverses into Holder's guard! Nice work!

Silva is sitting in close to Holder's body. Holder has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Silva is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Silva is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Holder.
