Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Punishment (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Punishment's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Break Stuff. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Punishment shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Rock is trying to get back to full guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rock can do anything to dispel that myth.
Punishment uses his free foot to push down on Rock's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Rock.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Punishment postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Rock looks a forlorn figure.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Punishment is defended easily by Rock.
Rock is looking to clinch but Punishment is avoiding it.
Punishment changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rock tries to avoid it but Punishment manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rock to the ground. Rock escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Rock throws and low kick but Punishment moves out of range easily.

Rock shoots in and bounces Punishment off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that George Punishment will probably get the nod.

and Rock counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Punishment's guard now.
Rock looking to sit in guard and control but Punishment gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Rock looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Punishment has picked Rock up and slammed him! Rock can't keep hold of the triangle and Punishment manages to pass to side control!

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Rock fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Punishment sprawls well initially but Rock persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Rock stands up over Punishment, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Rock looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Brock Rock has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
George Punishment is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Punishment throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Rock.
