Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vasiliy Povar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and nyf nyf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Povar might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Freddie Foxxx - Industry Shakedown. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
nyf circles away from the clinch attempt.
nyf looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Povar shoots in but no luck this time.
nyf leaves Povar with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

nyf closes the distance and pushes Povar back into the cage.

nyf breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
nyf throws a quick inside leg kick.
Povar lands a straight punch to the body, keeping nyf at a distance.

nyf clinches up with Povar and pushes him back against the cage.

nyf's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

It looks like Vasiliy Povar has been cut.

Povar is fighting to break nyf's control of his arms but nyf is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Povar is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

nyf is pressed up against the cage. Povar has hold of a leg and is looking to drag nyf down to the mat. nyf avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
