The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kobang cracks the inside of Vaughn's front leg.
Vaughn lands an overhand right.

Vaughn throws a right hand that Kobang ducks under and follows up with a left that Kobang also avoids with ease.

The fight stays on the outside here - Kobang looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Kobang shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Kobang was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Kobang throws some wild stikes that Vaughn manages to avoid easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kobang postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Vaughn looks a forlorn figure.
Kobang blocks Vaughn's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
Kobang lands a heavy elbow.

Kobang lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
