Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Arman Alizad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zack Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alizad's entrance music is Sarkesh - Zanjir. A fine choice. Zack Miller told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Miller blocks a jab.
Miller works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Miller swats away the attempt to clinch by Alizad.

Miller is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Alizad's half guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Alizad takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Miller shoots in looking for a takedown. Alizad tries to sprawl out of it but Miller keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Alizad manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Miller ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Miller shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Alizad's guard.

Zack Miller showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Miller tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Alizad swivels and escapes.

and Miller counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Alizad does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Alizad shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Alizad tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Miller is able to avoid easily.

Alizad throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Alizad thows a leg kick but Miller checks it
and Miller counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Miller counters with a nice double leg into side control. Alizad won't be happy with that.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Alizad regains half guard there - taking advantage of Miller's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
Zack Miller is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
