Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gentleman Ghost!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Manny Pacquiao!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Daniel Cesar and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ghost shoots in looking for a takedown. Pacquiao tries to sprawl out of it but Ghost keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pacquiao manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ghost swings for the body but Pacquiao moves out of range.
Gentleman Ghost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pacquiao gets caught flat footed, as Ghost shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Ghost loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Pacquiao wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Ghost manages to pass to side control.
Ghost stops Pacquiao from getting back to his feet.
Ghost is pressing down on Pacquiao's thigh, looking to free his foot. Pacquiao is holding on for now.

Ghost thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Ghost is looking for a kimura here.
Ghost thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Pacquiao's head.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Ghost not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Ghost seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Pacquiao really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ghost. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Ghost is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ghost seems to be looking for submissions.

Pacquiao is trying to escape back to his feet but Ghost uses the scramble to pass into side control.

Pacquiao is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Ghost is controlling him well.
Pacquiao avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Ghost.
Ghost misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Ghost in side control lands a decent elbow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gentleman Ghost dominated that round.

Ghost shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Pacquiao napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pacquiao can do anything to dispel that myth.

Ghost is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Pacquiao knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Ghost throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Pacquiao parries the strikes from Ghost easily there. Ghost is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Pacquiao to escape.
Pacquiao wants to get back to his feet.
Ghost working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Ghost has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Pacquiao!

Ghost is in the full mount, landing strikes.


It looks like Manny Pacquiao has been cut.
Ghost with a couple of short strikes.


That has opened up Manny Pacquiao's cut even more.
Ghost lands with some strikes.


Pacquiao is rocked!


Manny Pacquiao's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Manny Pacquiao's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Gentleman Ghost!
