The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daley displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Serra throws out the jab.
Daley shoots for a takedown but Serra saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Daley closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Serra wants to get back to full guard.

Daley decides to return to a standing position.
A swing and a miss from Serra.
Serra throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Serra throws a series of punches but Daley moves out of range.

It looks like Paul Daley has been cut.

Daley quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Daley but it's paid off an Serra is forced to tap! Nice work by Daley.
