Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Takero Yoshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cedric Seed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Seed has chosen Enter the dragon as his entrance music. Takero Yoshi has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Cedric Seed!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seed blocks a jab.
Yoshi takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Seed lands with a kick to the ribs.
Yoshi misses with a body shot.
No joy there for Yoshi, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Seed throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Both fighters circling a little - Seed finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Seed lands a high kick!
Yoshi swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Yoshi throws a hook but Seed blocks it.
Yoshi shoots in but Seed avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Yoshi shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Seed as he avoids it easily.

Seed wants to improve his position but Yoshi is controlling well.

Yoshi is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Yoshi thows a huge punch but Seed dodges it nicely.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Yoshi is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Seed has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Yoshi has hold of Seed's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Seed manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Seed avoids a series of strikes thrown by Yoshi.
Seed wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Yoshi.

Yoshi blocks a head kick by Seed.
A slow jab from Yoshi misses its intended target.
Yoshi will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Yoshi throws a lazy right hand but Seed sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Seed lands with a kick to the temple. Yoshi shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Seed throws a head kick but Yoshi moves out of range.

Yoshi shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Seed napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Yoshi jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Seed manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Seed is pushing Yoshi's head away, looking to escape. Yoshi manages to hold on to the position though.
Yoshi working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Seed tries to escape but Yoshi is in control.
Yoshi tries to move to mount but Seed blocks the move with his legs.

Yoshi is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Seed knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Seed tries to kick Yoshi off but Yoshi keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Yoshi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Yoshi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Seed doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Yoshi is tightening it up a little... Seed has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Seed reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Seed taps out! nice BJJ there by Yoshi!
