Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between adolfo padilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Tackett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
padilla tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

and padilla counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
padilla looks for the body kick but Tackett saw that one coming.
Tackett throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around padilla's waist but padilla gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tackett off to one side.
No joy there for padilla, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
