Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gidian Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Suzuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Stone might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Overcome by All that Remains. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suzuki doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Decent striking displayed by Suzuki there.
Stone takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Stone takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Stone misses with a hook.
Suzuki missing with a left hand there. Stone was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A cross from Suzuki lands.
Suzuki displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Stone throws out the jab.
Suzuki swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Suzuki tries to bum rush Stone with a series of wild strikes but Stone uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

A looping hook to the body misses from Stone. Suzuki does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Suzuki cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Suzuki slips a jab and a cross from Stone.
Suzuki throws a leg kick which misses Stone's front leg but catches the back leg as Stone tries to avoid it.
A big right from Stone misses.
Stone ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Suzuki moves away.
Suzuki lands a nice hook to Stone's body. Stone takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Stone avoids the head kick by Suzuki.
Stone swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Stone chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Suzuki can pounce on him.
Stone tries to move into range but Suzuki moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Stone jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Stone thows a body shot but no joy.
Stone throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
A left and a right from Stone both land. Nice combination.
A nice inside leg kick there by Suzuki. That's going to slow Stone down.

Suzuki lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Stone at a distance.

and Suzuki counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Stone thinking.

Stone tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Stone throws a lazy right hand but Suzuki sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A nice leg kick lands there from Suzuki.

and Suzuki counters with a stiff right hand.

Suzuki scores with a punch to the head.
Stone swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Suzuki steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Stone.
Stone misses with a double jab
and Suzuki counters with a series of strikes. Stone will be more careful next time no doubt.
Stone is breathing heavily.
Stone throws a hook but Suzuki avoids it easily.
Suzuki lands with a straight right. Stone didn't see that one coming.
Suzuki uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Stone.
Suzuki displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Suzuki throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Stone stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Suzuki connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Stone throws a sloppy body shot
and Suzuki counters with a nice body shot.
Stone misses with a double jab
enabling Suzuki to counter with a crisp jab.
Suzuki jabs Stone right on the nose. Stone blinks but takes it well.
Stone drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Stone jabbing away but nothing is landing.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Stone throws the left hand but Suzuki avoids the punch easily.
Gidian Stone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stone lands a slapping body shot.
Suzuki misses with a double jab.
Suzuki scores with a spinning back kick!
Stone takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Suzuki dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stone falls off balance throwing a combination
and Suzuki counters with a three punch combo that has Stone backing up. Stone nods at Suzuki to acknowledge the strikes.
Stone chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Suzuki can pounce on him.
Stone throws a hook to the side of Suzuki's head but Suzuki sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Suzuki slips under a jab.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Suzuki!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Suzuki scoring well with a low kick there.
Suzuki is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Stone had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
A slapping leg kick lands for Suzuki.
Suzuki throws a good cross that connects.
Suzuki lands a body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Stone tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Suzuki was well out of range. Poor timing from Stone.

Oh Stone is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Thiago Suzuki seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Stone throws a left and a right that both miss
and Suzuki counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Suzuki wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Suzuki drops Stone with a huge uppercut! Stone drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Suzuki is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
