Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Little Dude (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexis Arguello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arguello jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Arguello blocks a head kick by Dude.
Dude uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Arguello.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dude takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Arguello fails to land with a series of punches.

Dude misses with a takedown attempt - Arguello sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Arguello throws an overhand right that lands on Dude's shoulder, as Dude tries to avoid the shot.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Arguello, as that shot connected.
Dude fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Arguello avoids it really well and circles away.
Dude really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Arguello lands with an uppercut that bounces Dude off the cage and back into rage.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Arguello loads up on a big right hand but Dude slips the punch.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Dude ducks right into an uppercut from Arguello.

Well Arguello has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
